3. Send your project brief

Use the Start a project form to tell us about your business, the package you are considering and when you would like to begin. Describe what you sell, who you want to reach and the applications you need. If you are rebranding, explain what is changing and what needs to stay recognisable.

4. Review your proposal

We review your brief and prepare a proposal around your requirements. Check the deliverables, price, payment terms and schedule. Ask about anything that needs clarifying before committing. Availability is confirmed individually; submitting the form does not reserve a slot.

5. Secure the agreed slot and prepare your inputs

Once you approve the proposal, follow the payment instructions provided. Payment secures the agreed project slot. Prepare the business information, content and other materials requested for your project so we can begin with a clear brief.
